Return Policy

Punnackal Jewellers offers a 2-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return (or exchange) it within 2 days from the date of delivery. We will refund the entire amount of the product returned (excluding the standard delivery charges) provided the product satisfies our return conditions.

Steps to Raise a Return/ Exchange Request.

  • Email us at contact@punnackaljewellers or call on +91 9169162028 & let us know your concern. Arrangements will be made for the return of the product.
  • Punnackal Jewellers is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Even if the item had free shipping in the first place (orders above Rs.15000), you would have to pay for the return shipping.
  • If possible, you can return/ exchange the product at any of our stores. Return/Exchange Conditions:
  • It is mandatory that the bar code tag of the product is intact, and the invoice is submitted. In the case of diamonds, the original certificate is required along with the invoice and an intact bar code tag. If the original certificate is not submitted, you will have to bear the cost of re-certification of the product.
  • Once we have received your product, we will perform a thorough quality check. In case of any signs of wear & tear, resizing, alterations, or damages the product will not be accepted under the Return Policy.
  • Products with a tampered security seal will not be accepted.
  • Please note that Punnackal Jewellers reserves the right to determine whether a returned product qualifies for a 100 % refund or not.
  • The exchange option is applicable only for products weighing 25 grams or more. In this case, you may also avail the option of a home visit, where we will visit your residence to do the exchange of the products or alternatively, provide you the credits for exchanging/ purchasing from any of our stores.
  • Exchange of products less than 25 grams is available only at our stores.
  • The return policy is not applicable for customized orders (with any name engraved) and purchases made using coupons, promo codes, or discounts. However, you can exchange them at our stores, provided the bar code tag of the product is not tampered with, and the invoice is submitted.
  • Punnackal Jewellers comes under the Kerala- India jurisdiction.

If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
